#1 Q - How many members
are you accepting?
A - Currently we are accepting approximately 100 new
memberships, depending on renewals.
#2 Q - What is the fee?
A -
The fee is $175.00 for the 1 year lease.
#3 Q - When are the new members
accepted?
A - Usually memberships are accepted anytime during the
year. #4 Q - When
is the lease term?
A - The one year lease runs from June 1 to May 31.
#5 Q - What does my membership
entitle me to?
A - Membership entitles you to hunt anywhere on the
leased property.
#6 Q - Are there any special regulations?
A -
All Pa hunting regulations apply.
#7 Q - How many members are in the
lease?
A - Currently we have approximately 600 members.
#8 Q - Can I hunt all Pennsylvania
game?
A - Yes, including the use of dogs as permitted by the
Game Commission.
#9 Q - Do you have youth memberships?
A -
Yes, a youth hunters membership, up to and including age 17,
is $25.00
#10 Q - How do I find the property?
A - A topographical map of the leased area is available
to our members. However, 13,000 acres is a large area and
trips to familiarize yourself with the area are strongly
recommended. All areas have been posted and defined in the

#11 Q - Are ATV's permitted on the
property?
A - Yes, All ATV's must be registered with the
Pennsylvania DCNR. A $35.00 fee must be paid and proof of
liability insurance for the ATV must be submitted.
#12 Q - Are tree stands permitted?
A - Tree stands are permitted only if they do not harm
the tree in any manner.
#13 Q - Is camping permitted?
A - No camping is permitted on the property. However,
Chest Falls Camp Sites are located within 3 miles of the
property.
